[FIXED] B1892 Engage until Winchester not saved

There is a strike mission in the scenario attached.

To reproduce, in the targets tab, change to "Engage until Winchester".

Save the scenario, if you reload it in the same session or closing and restarting CMO, it is back "Engage until Shotgun".
