Commander's report incorrectly notes units as in Transfer Box

Hi. I am playing a server game and so I am not sure how to get you a saved game to look at this bug.

But when I look at the commander's report, it notes that there are several cavalry units that are not assigned to any HQ. But I know that they are.

In my particular case, I was looking the 11 Cavalry corps. The commander's report says that it not attached to HQ but it is on the map https://drive.google.com/file/d/19gkgo2 ... sp=sharing. If I click on HHQ in the details about the unit https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Hgykkk ... sp=sharing, it reports that the unit is in the transfer box.

But 11 Cav is not in the transfer box but is instead on the map at location 242,172 in the game and is attached to the 56 Army.

The version I am running is 1.04.16 "Steel Inferno" .

In your game, the 11th Cav Div is on the map in that hex, the 11th Cav Corps is in the reserve TB.

Thanks for the reply. I missed that little subtlety of Division vs Corps.

However, it still doesn't quite explain why the commander's report (the image from the 2nd link as opposed to the first) is noting that 11 Cav Corps on the MAP.

Was it in transfer? In the save I looked at, it was in the SR so all looked ok.

I'm trying to understand this entry in the commanders report:

The line in question in the commander's report has "11 Cavalry Corps - MAP' where '-' refers to HHQ. The solution, as you say is that 11 Cav Corps is in the transfer box and not on the map. But what confused me (because I was trying to find all Corps on the MAP via the commander's report in order to assign support) is that it says MAP as the location for this Corps.

Now that I know the solution - its not a big deal. However, the commander's report, in this instance, is somewhat confusing. Is the rule that the commander's report shows the upcoming state (after transfers are made) or the current state?

Looks like it shows you where it's going to end up. In the CR screen, you can filter "Transfer" units and then see where each is going.
