Turn 21. Jan/Feb 1943. Allied #11. Western Front.

(1) 2 badly needed long range USAAF FTR wings making their way from the US to the UK via the Arctic.
(2) Also, following in their contrails to the UK is a USAAF transport wing.
(3) The 2 USAAF P-38F Lightning FTR wings have the legs (i.e., range) to escort RAF Sunderland in the 4-box of the Bay of Biscay.
(4) These escorts are badly needed & will (hopefully) soon reach the UK.

(2) Nationalist - OOS inf corps moved 3-hexes east headed for civilization (but still is a long way & several turns away).

(1) Taking Taihoku was never in doubt; however, the cost was.
(2) While the Expected Cost in BPs was 0.95; there was (0.7% x 10 BPs) + (10% x 5 BPs) + (19% x 2 BPs)
(3) But a 2D10 = 18, always takes away the worry of land combat losses!
(4) As a plus, advance after combat overran & destroyed the flipped IJN TRS Gp.
