[FIXED] Top menu disappearing

1.10 RC B1900.8

The upper menu bar turns red and the topics disappear after a few seconds.
When I move my mouse over it, it reappears shortly.

The cross to close the window (normally top right) is not present so I cannot close the window other than close it via Steam.

If it is the same problem that was reported in Steam in 2021, it was Nahimic.

I checked and the program Nahimic was not on my PC.
Updated NVIDEA but no effect.
Updated MSI, tested it with and when disabled. No effect.

Brought it back, from the Beta to the Steam Default Public Version V1.09 1825.15 and there it works fine!

But I can still not move it to my other screen. There are no buttons anymore to make it smaller and move it?

Nahimic is a notorius and problematic app from MSI. It gets embedded deep in Windows services. You have to go into services and permanently disable it. And when MSI does updates, it loves to get reset.
