I will be starting another AAR here with a new build. I am supposed to see if I can crash it. I have downloaded it and I will install it later today. I will do the Nationalists in Scenario 1. If anyone wants me to include something with pictures . . .

Seek peace but keep your gun handy.

I have found some issues, I have reported them, and hopefully they will be taken care of before this beta .exe is released.

However, at the cost if a small xAKl, the CL Libertad was slapped around. A bunch of CD gun hits from 150 mm guns and higher with two turret hits plus a penetrating 260 mm hit. Maybe I should ask another crew to play the bait ship . . .

Now I have to try and find a task force that was supposed to move some troops from Morocco to Spain . . .
Oh, how I hate it when I forget to set the threat setting correctly.

I still am trying to salvage some units or at least some of their devices!

I am still finding more issues but I am having fun playing the game.

It is better that I and others find the issues during testing than users finding them while playing the game. While that doesn't prevent all issues from being found before any release, it does make the product better when it is released.

That said in regards to gun and torpedo mount hits:

From a developer:
Both magazine and small guns ammo caches ( near the gun like with AA ) can happen and the 1st kind usually blows up the ship while the 2nd kind blows away superstructure and crew.
After the destroyer was already damaged, a one shot and one destroyer was disintegrated!

Meanwhile, Jaime must have left her port holes open because one 70 mm mountain howitzer and two 105 mm mountain howitzers penetrated the armour!
