Colored Command Boxes

I am so frustrated trying to find the hot key that turns on/off the unit boxes indicating the chain of command... the pink/blue/yellow... whatever color, that indicates a unit's HQ and other units within that command.

This has happened 4 or 5 times over the past 2 months since I've been trying to learn this game. It keeps getting turned off and I spend an hour or mopree trying to get them back on.

I wish there was a way to lock this ON at all times

I had tried that... multiple times. Something got corrupted. Tried multiple game restarts, finally shut down and booted back up. Set scaling to default 100% and it finally worked.

Not certain that is has anything to do with scaling, but this is the second time this has happened with scaling set over 100%. Problem is that my eyes are getting worse and I can't see much at lower scales unless the tip of my nose is on the screen.

Did you try pressing the Esc key? Sometimes when things get out of sorts, pressing that key will bring back normalcy.
