Production numbers should be 17(15), 5, and 15(14) for Germany, Italy, and Japan, respectively.
Best German sub from construction pool Either Jap sub is fine

Re: Escape from the Wildfire (4-player game).
Place the He 100 in Saarbrucken, the Emil in Cologne.
Erone in Palermo, sub in La Spezia.
6-4 and 6-3 infantry corps in Sasebo. Mountain and Motorized corps in Tokyo along with the B5N2 Nav2. 4-3 infantry corps in Fukuoka. CP in Tokyo
Reduce the number of resources lent from Germany to Italy to just one. I'm undecided at this moment whether I will move first if the Axis win the initiative.
