[RESOLVED] CMO freezes on Exit after uploading new scenario on Steam

As the title says, after uploading a new scenario to steam and the in game process finishes, when I press EXIT to exit the game, the latter freezes indefinitely.

Also the item status on steam remains as per the picture below
I attach the exceptions log

Strange thing. I managed to upload a different scenario as a test and then deleted it. It works

This one (my intended upload) still fails as described in the original post. Seem file specific; wondering why.

I was able to add your scenario to Steam workshop as a test. Steam does have a 'terms of service' agreement that it can pop up during this process -- you might double check that you've already agreed to that. You should have, as you were able to upload other scenarios, but it is worth double checking. It is the link circled in red below.

I was able to add your scenario to Steam workshop as a test.

Still unable to post this one. A mystery!

I am still having trouble uploading scenarios for the fist time (the above and others - but some seem to work) there any recommendation as to what to investigate?

[UPDATE]: I sorted it out. I disabled Killer Intelligence Center that throttled uploads to Steam. Uploads work now

Thats an app every user should disable day one on a new PC. Its worse than nahimic.

It took me 1 hr of reading steam logs and trial and error with Claude to eliminate possible causes, before I nailed the root cause.

I had nothing but issues with it on my home's mesh network. It was constantly interfering with everything. It gets distributed by Intel if you have an Intel wireless card.

btw, it likes to come back periodically during updates.
