Manually dropping AN/SSQ-125 still does not work

I updated to the latest and the dropping of sonobuoy still doesn't work.
I went to the unit orders menu, asw specific actions and tried to drop the sonobuoy.

It hasn't worked for a couple of upgrades.
It works if I put it into the loadout but you can't save the loadout.
That might be a really nice thing to be able to do is save the loadout.
