very small UI bug

When you mouse over any space object that has a grey background, you will see a box frame show up to the left of the information box, and vanish after one frame. its hard to tell, but its there.

its probably not a big deal, but its quite noticable to me. simply mouse over, say, a rocky metallic planet in any home system, and youll see it every the infobox pops out when you hover over it.

im not sure if this is the right place for it, but there didnt seem to be a bug reports section.

Do you perhaps have a video clip showing the issue and a save with steps to reproduce?
