New BoB Venue in Southampton (UK)

For anyone in or visiting the UK, a new Battle of Britain venue is opening in Southampton: www.battleofbritaindodgems.co.uk

My sister has a background in special effects and has put it together. There's no RAF or Spitfire museum in Southampton any more, so the venue has become something of a focal point for local historians. They've brought together a lot of interesting stories and exhibits from the conflict.

One of the most striking is a large collection of posters made from actual Luftwaffe reconnaissance photos of the Spitfire plant in Southampton, showing it before and after a raid.

They've also built a set of immersive cockpits with wrap-around screens, where you can pilot a Spitfire or Hurricane and fight one of the engagements yourself.
