Where is the global action log?

Is there a global log of the actions taken in the current turn (and, ideally, the previous turns)? For example, if I purchase something in the workshop, I would see an entry there.
I've only found the "Decision Archive".

I've looked all over the UI, but haven't found it. I hope there is one.
