I think I cracked the code. Finally. Axis stop when land based is about to be destroyed. I was going to target fighter, but DX instructions say bomber...
One more? Or until land based is front bomber/fighter?

Close, but not as strict as that. I had planned to end earlier. But just as I was about to abort one bomber was cleared. And one bomber is meaningless against te Allied AA. We call it quits then.
Land CVPs on as small carriers as possible. No more than 1 CVP on each carrier if possible.

Now that I think that... There are no Axis bombers left... Game allows me to do that, I hope I don't get damage. I will increase the Axis damage 6X D A to 6X 3D 2A
