Now I'm going to vent and vent more openly since we've gotten our last update ... It was the stubbornness NOT to address this madness in favor of a more user friendly and intuitive convoy/production system that drove the majority of the large number of people that were here 15 to 20 years ago away from this otherwise wonderful product!

Unfortunately for those of us that are left & apparently still dwindling, that's all water under the bridge.
You said it.

Turn 22. Mar/Apr 1943. Allied #11. Allied Command.

End of Turn.
(1) Turn ends with D10 = 5 (5 or less required on impulse #152.
(2) 3 allied, 2 axis & 5 total impulses this turn, which was 1 less of the 6 expected for Mar/Apr.
(3) Turn ended at the 39.2% percentile, so even though 1 less impulse than expected, isn't all that rare that it ended at 5.
(4) Initiative shifts to Axis +2 & axis win tie (max initiative).

(3) Let me know what you think about X = 0.5?
(4) Or, do you have a better way of incorporating CP aborts into losses for comparison to historical?

Turn 23. May/June 1943. Start of Turn. Resource Lending.

Discretionary.
(1) 3 Lend Lease agreements remain "off the books" & FIC Hanoi RP to China move from on to off the books in order to avoid the MWIF convoy routing madness experienced last turn!
(2) Note that Germany continues 5 RP & up to 1 oil for oiling to Italy, even through Germany had 9 idle factories & saved only 2 oil points last turn.
(3) Such is the cost to Germany for Italy acting at Germany's discretion.
