ELO games - Intermediate level

I want to try my hand in ELO and looking for intermediate level opponents (think ELO <1000 or haven't played ranked much yet). I'd like to start 1939 games as the Axis and one as the Allies with different opponents. I know the game well enough in single player but have little experience in multiplayer so far.
