Playing vanilla game as Japan vs AI
By December Japan has sunk 14 ships, including both carriers. The Allies still have a fleet of 10 including a carrier. So they have fielded 24.
How is this possible, they should have had around 18 from what they started with and reinforcements, not 24 including 3 carriers.

Can the AI build naval units (not what is written in the strategy guide) ?
The lark, signing its chirping hymn,
Soars high above the clouds;
Meanwhile, the nightingale intones
With sweet, mellifluous sounds.
Enough of Stalin, Freedom for the Ukraine !

The AI can have some extra ships, to make up for the fact that us human players will generally do better at sinking theirs, than they will of ours.

Judging by the numbers quoted, there won't be many more to come though.
