Game Hangs On Loading Sreen

Running Ver. 1.10 Build 1900.23. Game hangs on loading screen. I am running as Administrator. Tried launching directly
from the .exe as Administrator, did not work. Also specifically used "Run As Administrator" from the shortcut. Did not work. Restarted machine. Game loaded. Exited game, loaded a couple of more times then hung on loading screen.
I think I saw a couple of posts about this from other people. Any suggestions? No prob with prior version.

Can we see the exception log?

Also:

* Is the OS fully updated? Graphics drivers updated? Direct-X 11 installed?
* If running on a laptop with a discrete GPU: Is Command using the iGPU or the dGPU? (see here: https://forums.matrixgames.com/viewtopic.php?t=409198 )
* Is Command running as admin? (ie. prompting you "are you sure you want to run this program" when you launch it)
* (Steam only) Are Steam overlays disabled for Command?
* (Steam only) Is Direct-Write disabled on the Steam client?
* If running Discord: Are game overlays disabled?
* Are all other applications (and especially hardware-helper apps like RivaTuner, Nahimic, Nvidia Share, MSI Afterburner etc.) shut down?
* Are you using a high-DPI desktop? (ie. font size >100%)
* Are you using Norton antivirus? (This POS is very frequently silently blocking file updates)
* Can we see your DxDiag file?

Good Morning Dimitris,
I could not get a readable save of the Exception File, so here is a manual listing of what appears to be the relevant data from 10/18/26. By the way. the game started loading yesterday night, without any changes from me. It would not load today.

I didn't mean the Windows Event Log, but the game's own exception log, available at \Logs\ExceptionLog_[date].txt

Good Morning Dimitris,
Attached pls find the Exception Log for Oct 18,2016. Pls note the entry at 11:37:22. The entry shows references "Object
not set to an instance of an object." Error codes are provided. This error is cited at various times in the log with different specific error codes.
Yesterday, the game would not load after numerous tries, then later in the day, it loaded normally and I was able to exit and load the program multiple times without a problem. Today, the game would not load after turning on the machine,
but after a few tries, it is now loading. I have not changed any machine settings. This is essentially the same pattern as
I have seen since updating to the latest version. I note the error regarding "object..." has been cited in other threads.

Anything happening on this? Game loaded once after turning on the machine. I cannot get it to load since then.
Frustration level increasing.

Look for any software that could be interfering with CMO loading in the task manager, startup tab.

Disable it, restart the computer and try to load CMO.

Thx for the reply. I looked at the startup items and there are only two(2) shown as enabled. One(1) is my anti-virus
program and the other is SecurityHealthSysytray.exe, which is a windows security item. Everything else is disabled.
I got the game to load again after numerous tries. As usual, I did not change any pc settings or disable any services that were running. It is almost as if something in the game was resetting itself after trying to load it. I don't think the exception log I posted referenced any specific item regarding an error, but I am waiting for Dimitris to get back with me and I know he is busy.
This problem started with the latest update, so it appears to be specific to that. No probs with other Matrix games.

Good, the startup has to be as clean as possible

Not everything appears in the task manager though. It may be in the services list as you comment, for example Nahimic is there, disabled in my case.

I asked the AI and it created this table.
