I'm still moving units but I wanted to announce that I'm just about to cut the supply source to a group of Soviet defenders. I've already cut the east edge of the map for a significant portion of it's length. So all those Soviet reinforcements that were to spawn in those areas won't appear in the game at all. Cool.

This is the front lines in T126 down south as it is now before I have moved anybody.

Inset 1 is a savage problem right now. The problem is we're fighting in the mountains and the difficulties that brings. I think it might be a lot easier to just cut off their supply source and eventually they will be too weak to fight any longer. And I think I might be able to make it happen.

Inset 2 is me pushing the Soviets off the road and streaming my units south. I'm creaping up on Baku.

This is part of the T128 front lines and you can see my units ( on the right side of the inset ) as I try to cut off the supply to that rather large collection of Soviet units. They are on the west side of the mountain range but the supply comes from the east side. I have more units headed this way as fast as they can go. I'm considering using the rail to move my units north faster. Also, I'm wondering if it's possible to drop some bridges further north of this position.

This is part of the T129 front lines down south near Baku and I'm assaulting the city as we speak. I've already bypassed there and have already started repairing rail leading south. My aim is to cut off the supply of all the Soviet units inside a huge packet. The Romanians and Hungarians are useful to keep all those Soviet units inside the pocket. Not to fight them especially just to keep them inside the pocket. Once they are out of supply they will wilt on the vine.

This is the T130 front lines right now before I have moved anybody.

Inset 1 shows the poor condition of the Soviet defenders. I should have little problem running them over. Also, I have troops east of them that are about to cut off the supply to those defenders.

Inset 2 shows the pocket I am constructing to contain all those Soviet troops even though most of them are in poor condition.

Inset 3 shows the largest collection of Soviet units on the map and it's in the mountains so the terrain favors the defender so I'm not really fighting them, I'm mostly just containing them. Meanwhile I captured Baku and I'm flowing southwest and south to convert all those hexes and cut off the supply to all of those Soviet defenders.

This is the right bottom edge of the map and although it isn't shown the road leading south goes all the way to the bottom. I'm still moving units but you can see how I'm spreading out to convert all the hexes relating to roads or rails.
