is it possbile to nil out the takeoff time for a mission?

i cant find information. once i script a cap patrol and activate it it creates a flight plan and a take off time and on station time. my question is once the planes RTBs rearms it cant take off again because the takeoff period is in the past. how do i stop patrols from setting a takeoff time? is it possible? can i nil the value? ScenEdit_SetMission('West','WEST-JP-CAP',{TakeOffTime="0/0/0000 00:00:00"})
