dcg platoon order of battles read from *.obx??

hello everyone , I'm designing some small dcg campaigns focused on north africa 1940 - 1942 and i tried lowering transport trucks cost in the platoonxx.oob files but the game continues to read it from the corrispondent *.obx file (the file viewer sees the change but the game doesn't so i am presuming i edited the oob file and use the -x flag for the program correctly). cfan anybody confirm if platoon order of battles for a dcg are read only from the encrypted files? (when i remove them the game crashes just before the mission starts).

Yes, they are only read from the obx files.
