[Bug] AG mileage traveled is decreasing with GS take-offs

Each time the AG takes off, the mileage traveled is reduced by ~10% instead of being increased.

Here the savefile before makign the ground moves.

Seems to also work for Level Bombers. It's a setup with them not all being at 100% traveled (since then they won't fly obv.). Sometimes for some AGs it reduces %, sometimes increases (seemingly independent of losing planes).
