[1900.24] Severe slow down in scenario

This is a scenario I had chatgpt help build through a lua script that created units, placed units, and created missions. I have modded it to clean up some stuff but have a lot more clean up. But running it as-is eventually leads to a severe slowdown on my MSI Titan Ultra 9 285HX with a mobile 5090. I have attached a zip with the following:

Scenario at the start (you'll have to acknowledge end of scenario message. There is no scoring set up yet)
Scenario a ways into the action
An exception log file
The scenario log file.

I have tried it on several PCs with the same result.
