Does the number of shots one takes during his turn effect the number a shots that same unit will have for Opportunity Fire when your opponent is moving?

Yes the more shots you leave for opfire the bigger the chance that the unit will do opfire. If you havent left any shots for the unit then there are a chance that the unit will opfire anyway, but this reduces the units shots in the next turn.
