Marketing Plan-Digital Download

[:D] Will EiA be Digital Download? Direct Sales? or is it planned for the regular retial deal?

I really like the download the game, play some and then get a KEY to unlock the whole game. Although the large manual my be a requirement for this labor of love.[&o]

Just so you know if you buy a game from us that is a digital download you always have the option to also purchase a CD on Demand. So in fact you get the best of both worlds.

Why's everybody so concerned about downloads anyway? If your drive goes south, usually you can just input some sort of purchase key and re-download, and I would guess Matrix would do the same sort of thing (right David? [:D]). Besides, who's to stop you from putting it on a CD or DVD for secure storage?

Server capacity, when this game finally comes out, all of us will be trying to download it, the server will explode [:@]. Actually it will bring back memories of the old 56k modem[;)]

I like digital download too and it's easy to put the setup files on a CD for safekeeping....my only concern is how much printer ink I will consume for the manual.....I need a hard copy of the manual to thumb through as I can't the stand extensive reading and scrolling on the ADOBE version...[:)]

Saying this though, I will be surprised if this game is released though Digital Download..Perhaps I'm dead wrong here but I always had the impression this game was going to be in the Korsun Pocket price range and therefore exceed the Digital Download price parameter...
