SPWAW Campaign Points

My brief question is as follows, Starting a WW2 Campaign say in 1939 playing as Germans vs Poles is it possible to have a reduced number of purchase core points for both sides so I can play the battles with less units? I noticed that you have the ability to adjust points but when I started the campaign I was allowed 3100 points and the campaign battles become quite large. Just a thought

Brief answer... Before you even select the campaigns button in solitaire mode, go into your preferences and set the battle points for player 1 to whatever you want. Leave the AI to XXX. THEN select campaigns and procede as normal. You will have that amount (minus what your HQ costs to play with.) I.E. if you want 1000 pts worth of troops, start out with 1200 cause the HQ cost is deducted from that 1200. Germans in '39 cost 200p for that HQ.

The AI should select proportionally to what you have chosen as your starting points.

Thanks very much for that info!!!! I started the campaign before this info and it becomes way too wild with units
