and indeed it does work! One unusual thing for a Euoropean site..VAT is not mentioned until your email receipt comes, with an extra EUR 9.45 added. Normal for US, but unexpected for Europe. Still, very glad the warehouse is here and my HTTR is finally on is way....

Strategic Plus (http://www.sps-systems.co.uk/index1.htm) has always done me proud getting games ahead of their European release date. As long as you don't mind paying a few quid extra.....

Done! [:)] Now, just a few days (I hope!) and I'll be on the Highway to the Reich. Lock and load! BTW, my e-mail recept didn't show any VAT, only the game price and postage.

Bit weird on the VAT...I assume you have VAT in Finland...unless you are unique in EU? Let me know if you get charged...kind of inconsistent!

Anyway, like you, glad to have HTTR heading my way! My chance to get thrashed by a new game[8|].

We sure do (along with other "nice" taxes, probably the highest overall in EU). However, neither the e-store invoice nor the e-mail receipt show any separate VAT (and like you, I assume VAT is included in the shown price automatically). Maybe the customs laws are different or something. Go figure (not that I'm complaining, mind you).

Yup. Took ages for me too. Probably the postal service though, rather than Matrix. I have found things sometimes take ages when posted internationally to The Netherlands. it'll be worth it when it comes!

Apparently (I read someone having an issue with postage in another forum) there is a postal strike on in England...so I think that may be the issue.

I haven't received HTTR yet either. It's almost a month from my order! [:@] Talk about snail mail! I have now even received an order that was placed a week later and came from the States. Oh well.

I have e-mailed Digital River and after some auto-response hassle got an aswer from them. They said more-or-less the same as Judge "I am the Law" Dredd above, there is/was (can't recall) a postal strike in the UK and that deliveries are late because of that. They also promised to send me another copy, should the order not arrive within a week or so. So, no worries folks, we'll get HTTR one way or the other. Besides, we should have learned patience by now (in waiting for the Euro release for 6 months or so - what's another month in this all... [8|] I have waited for CL for, what, 4 *years* by now, a month, bah! peanuts! [:D]).

Yup, I guess that's what I'll do as well to get my (computer) wargame fix. Throw in a game or two of Korsun Pocket for good measure.

The CM-series has been my stand-in for Combat Leader for years now. BTW, I prefer CMBB over CMAK (truth be told, I was a little disappointed by CMAK - I know it was not meant to be nothing more than a glorified mission disk/add-on, but still it didn't inspire me much).
