Problems recieving the cd on demand

Frank Hunter's Campaigns on the Danube is an operational study of the campaigns along the Danube in 1805 and 1809. Campaigns on the Danube's system focuses on trying to present the player with the same sort of decisions placed on their historical counterparts; how to feed an army and move that army according to a plan, all the while trying to fight a campaign. There is also an option to allow players to play out the battles with miniatures and input the results.

Problems recieving the cd on demand

I buy the game on 29-March-04, but i diden´t recieve the cd, im worry about for future adquisicions by credit card, Can someone give me an explanation? please, i will aprreciate, they ddigital dowload does not work, im wating for the cd, how long its take to recieve?

My order number was 78031766 and the customer number was 34285682

Thanks very much

(by the way when is going to show up the war in the paciffic 1941-45?)
