Battle strategy chooser buggy

- twice I have been unable to select the first strategy radio button

- twice when clicking on the first strategy radio button it has selected withdrawal instead.

- I think it is the "frontal assault" option and yes, there are plenty of command points.

This now appears to be fixed in the patch.
