Retreat flag and reinforcement flag moving?

Retreat flag and reinforcement flag moving?

I just thinking that, when you create scenario there is one flag to retreat and four to reinforcement. So can i move those flags where i want? If I can how?

Yes you can move them - the manual explains it...

...So does the "help" button on the map edition menu.
HotKeys "0" to "4" for Rout and Reinforcemnts player 1
Hotkeys "5" to "9" for player 2
