Problem with -41 secure pbem

This might be an old problem, but I still need knowledge.

I try to start -41 campaign pbem game but it does not ask password
at all. After doing Axis turn it just jumps to soviet side. It just does
not react secure button at all.

-42 campaign works just fine with secure pbem.

Go to the WIR program directory.
Start the editwir.exe program
Type L (load data)
Type X (complete scenario file)
Type OBWIR as filename followed by Enter
Type S (store data)
Type X (complete scenario file)
Type OBWIR as filename followed by Enter
