Soviet Union surrunders?

Post by Kevin E. Duguay »

I was doing a crazy experiment with a scenario I made. The German troops were doing quite well. Lenningrad had fallen Rostov, Kursk, were gone too. Two Panzer Corps were in front of Moscow, it was late August 1941. Soviet turn, "Stalin Dead" and they surrendered. My Question is, with Moscow still easily defended and with many Soviet units still on board, who killed Stalin and why did they surrender?

That's awfully strange... Although you can defeat the USSR without taking Moscow, this usually involves capturing Leningrad, Stalingrad, Baku, Maikop and Saratov...

Another turn and Stalin is still dead but he still puts up a good or bad defence. It this some kind of eternal spirit glitch?

Stalin being gone is probably a blessing for the Red Army.

It probably is a blessing, but who ever is in charge now keeps useing Stalins name. I guess that way if something REALLY bad happens they can blame the dead guy.[:D]
