saving a PBEM game during a turn

Korsun Pocket is a the second game using the award winning SSG Decisive Battles game engine. Korsun Pocket recreates the desperate German attempt to escape encirclement on the Russian Front early in 1944. The battle is a tense and exciting struggle, with neither side having a decisive advantage, as the Russians struggle to form the pocket, then try to resist successive German rescue efforts and last ditch attempts at breakout.

saving a PBEM game during a turn

Post by pmiranda »

Hi,

Is there a way to save a PBEM game in mid-turn? If you must finish your turn before saving it, that means it's almost impossible to play the campaign for a beginner by email, as it takes quite a while to play a turn... [X(]

you don't need to save manually - KP saves the game internally after each move when playing a secure PBEM - just exit out when you're out of whiskey and cigarettes, then after being properly resupplied launch the game and choose email game and continue or some such and you're good to go

Make sure you use the exit program "x" not the red end turn button to do this!
