Load button grayed out

I'm trying to load a PBEM turn and on the Load Email game screen I can see the turn I want to load and I click on it and it shows up in the load game box on top of the list, but the load button remains grayed out. Can anyone help me with this?

It means you have already played the turn.

Or the computer believes you have already played the turn. Note the sequence.

Player A mails turn 1

Player B mails turn 2
Player A mails turn 2

Player B mails turn 3
Player A mails turn 3

Your opponent sent the wrong file or you have saved the wrong file. I too have done the same thing.

Hmm... well, the file has the correct turn name on it and it isn't the same size as any of the turns that have been played so I'm pretty sure I haven't played this one yet. What do I do if the computer thinks I played a turn, but really I haven't?

What turn number are you up to?

Are you playing a second game by PBEM? If you are playing a second game, then you must load a turn and complete that turn. If you load but do not complete that turn you can still load another turn - but you cannot play that turn.

First off, I should probably say the issues started after I had to reload my OS and Korsun Pocket. I am playing two PBEM games and did get one of them to load a game turn and I completed it and emailed it off. The one I can't get to load is Ardennes as Axis, turn 8. I also associated the .dkp file extension with KP. When I double click on the file KP opens and I get the following message: "[Cannot start email game] Game must be played on registered machine." Thanks for taking the time to give me a hand fixing this. Anymore help you can give would be greatly appreciated!
