I'm not very good normally with his sort of thing, so this is probably all I can offer you right now, but it just might work. I have XP-HE by the way.
1. Right-click your game's desktop shortcut and select 'properties'.
2. Click the tab 'screen'.
3. Select 'window'.
4. Click 'apply'.
5. Click 'OK'.

If this fails, go to the SPCamo website which I believe there's a link to in one of the recent threads that had SPWW2 in the title, and try the adjustments they give you. In my case, I could go 100% with their settings with one notable exception, and that was to run it in a window. When I ran it full screen, as they suggest, it did exactly as you described. My former OS, 98SE, worked with the full screen, but this XP-HE will not.

hello,
thanks for your answer,
but it is SPWAW 8.1 Matrix and not SPWW2 1.5 of SP Camo, (i make a mistake on my first post, sorry).
SPWW2 is a dos emulation on windows OS and SPWAW is a native windows OS application.
Do you have SPWAW ?
Thanks

I 'did'. Well, in a sense I still do, as I have SPWAW V5.0 with the MC-NA but it isn't installed presently.

On that SPWAW problem, you might want to do the opposite of where that 'screen' setting is showing up as (what I described for SPWW2). IOW, if it's with 'window', do the 'full screen'. If it's 'full screen' select 'window'. It's probably something else, but it can't hurt to try it.

Humano, are you still having this problem. Hopefully you got a resolution and pass it along to me. I was running Win98 and SPW@W revision 8.0b, It worked perfect. No problems or issues. Becuase I purchased a DVD burner, I decided to update to WinXP. I still haven't installed the DVD yet, but I did do the upgrade to XP. Now I have the exact problem that you reported.

Thanks for the input. I tired running in 98 and 95 compatability, no luck. I tried graphics settings also. I really think it's a graphic card (Diamond S80), XP compatability issue. I am currently using the Raedeon Catalyst 4.9 drivers. At least my system is completly stable with the Catalyst drivers instead of the much older S80 drivers. So far the only that fails is my most favorite game, Steel Panthers World at War. I have an older 3dfx Voodoo 3 that I might swap in and see what that looks like.

I often got the same problem, but normaly the moment I move the mouse pointer to a "scroll position", near the edge of the screen, the problem goes away because the screen refreshes then.
