Gentlemen,

Today is my first morning logging in for some time. The last 48 hrs have been a blur due to some very unfortunate things at work. Being one of the few green-suiters in my organization, guess who gets to pull the extra hours when the feces hits the fan...

Can anyone summarize the chat?

I'll check the website for the convention center (I assume that is what I saw in an earlier post). I'm sure that Glenn has done us well.

I'll have to get more details about WB's laptop adventures...

Mike, I moderated the chat and we had a decent turnout. Bill gave some of the elements of the new MC:Watchtower, and we settled on the convention date as the weekend of May 3-5, 2002. Bill has given his commitment, so I trust he will show to meet with his supporters. The website I gave IS where we will have our meeting. The next months will be spent getting all the details worked out. I'll remind all of you guys right now, WE are going to be footing the bill, so please post your intentions either via this forum or by private message. I need ALL of you to help make this convention a reality. Thanks in advance, Glenn Higginbotham. BTW, I'm also gonna have to develop some sort of plan for collecting registration fees, so I'll work on that. I'm really looking forward to meeting you guys, so let's start building the event.
