How to increase fighter pilot experience?

I know that ASW/Naval Search are great ways to improve exp levels on level/dive/torp bombers, but what is best way to train up fighters and fighter bombers?

Lately I've been putting them on Training at 20%. Seems to give me a good balance between keeping experience up and fatigue down. But I haven't been doing it very long so others might have better ideas.

You can put them on training with 0%, and the lower experience boys will sit in class until they are experience 50. After that they have to actually fly....

I just stick them on long range CAP at rear bases. Never see action but exp. goes up. Then after few days rest them. Should recover quickly cos they are so far from front line.
