Download Issues

I have been trying in vain to download off of one of the mirrors since Tuesday. I did get the download to go through twice via GetRight from worthplaying but both times Winzip said it was not a valid archive.

Since Thursday only one of the mirrors has been working on that site and I have had no luck getting in.

Note to Matrix...the Gamershell site does not support GetRight and the two times I have been able to get on the server has logged me out after about two hundred MB.....

Anyone have any solutions for my quandry.

I moved...I packed...and I can't find the CD anywhere with my backup of Steel Panthers.

Hi Jimi,

First, welcome to this board.

I know what you mean, the last time I wanted to download Sp 8.0 it took 12 hours...

BUT since SP 8.2 seems to be released very soon, I'd better wait for that version (It's not sure if it will be a full download though).

Yep Jim, when in doubt, let one of Matrix Heroes help you out. I am sure that download bandwidth is costing you something.

A few bucks to charity and Steeler's aid and you are all set.

But wait till 8.2 hits the scene, then make your call.
