I'd say that the folk at Matrix are busy with the launch of WiTP and other games in the pipeline and CWiF is in a holding pattern until resources are available. They were very careful not to give any timelines for CWiF development. I'm watching this space too

Or possibly the developers are busy prepairing for...
MatrixGames will be exhibiting at Origins, June 24-27, 2004.

We are located at booth 1106, and we look forward to seeing you there!

I have worked for a business that regulary purchases booths at Origins. And due to the cost of the booths, paying "the help", and expenses (transportation, accommodations, and etc.).

It wouldn't surprise me that Matrix would be busy preparing as much as possiable for Origins, evaluating things they saw at E3, or both.

I will always remember the first time I went to Origins (as a perticipant not a dealer).

Rule #1 when playing at a gamming convention: Never let them hear you scream when you loose.

[:D] In "Richtoffens War", My adversary was going to advance into the next round with Ace status until My Maximums abruptly cut short his flying career. I rolled a critical hit followed by Pilot killed.

I received a standing ovation from all the other players in the room (and there were at least 50 players there).

But was shot down by his wingman the next turn (insert music here from "Ride of the Valkeries" by Richard Wagner ). [:D]
