Is downloading this game the only way to get it? I have owned all three titles so far and want this one so bad I can taste it. My connection speed is only @42666kbs. Is there any other way to get it? Thanks

Nate

The game SPWAW should be coming out on CD this summer - the full game will be free and it will be available with: PC Gamer, Computer Gaming World, and Computer Games Magazine. So look for it starting in July Image

You also might make a public plea here for someone to show you mercy. It could happen. Also on the Steel Panthers Forum at the Gamers Net. A couple of people have burned CDs for others. Go to TGN
http://www.thegamers.net

And then to mailing lists and subscribe.

If its any comfort, I don't have it yet either, but I do have the final beta, which is more than you do, Nate.

I wish there had been a way we could have sent out CDs, but you can imagine the cost and the effort and we just don't have a staff or the money to do it.

Wow, thanks for the responses. What I can't believe is that the game is gonna be FREE? I don't have to buy it anywhere? I don't understand that but I like it. i thought I'd have to go to Electronics Boutique or something. Thanks guys,
