Am I Hull Down?

A quote from the manual :"· A hex that is higher in elevation than the hex containing the unit firing at them." -reguarding hull down.
I understand this. But (I havent seen this yet btw) what if unit A is height 1 and unit B is height 0. Is A still gonna get hull down from 1 piont of height? IMO I think it should be 5 or more...(it probably is, I just want to know the exact number) Image

Its anything higher, so if you are ina stream for instance, an enemy at ground level can be hull down to you. It doesn't take a lot of angle to obscure the hull!

Hopefully we can improve the "hull down" classification at some point, its admittedly still a bit weak...so your point is well taken!

One big key is you have to be stationary. DUg-in units are always hull down, except to units at a higher elevation.

Cool pic - all those Panthers in the same hex ;-)

Well, you know you have been playing Steel Panthers too long when you start visualizing real world places in the appropriate amount of hexes.
Paul, you might wanna check to see if your wife is still living with you.
