If a scenario is in the making I will purchase HTTR, simple as that.

Don't know.

Anyway the problem lies in that you can't add new weapons or modify/add new estab units.

So any attemp to do it in the right way it's doubtfull (you can relay in abstractions though; but not full simulation).
