Is the strategy guide a pdf file only or Is there a hard copy available?

pdf only, but you may be able to get it printed at a printshop. Shop around as some printshops are a rip-off.

Don't know where you are but in the US Kinkos did mine $19 and change for black and white spiral bound. Money well spent its a well written guide and spiral bound it lays flat when I'm playing ,,Color was a lot more expensive something like 80 cents a page.
