Rise of Nations, all the Panzer Campaigns games, Korsun Pocket, War over Vietnam, Galactic Civilizations, Hearts of Iron, Madden 2003, Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic, Highway to the Reich, Call of Duty, and Pax Romana to name a few all run fine on my XP system.

Edit - forgot to mention Comabt Mission: Barbarossa to Berlin and CMAK too.

XP home is OK with all the games I have ever tried it with

I did have some graphic issues with Railroad tycoon 3, but that's about it

Sid Meier's gettysburg and antietam, and Harpoon 2 did not work now I think about it. but that's about all I can come up with.

Not me. UV plus most of my other older games ran fine unless they were old DOS games. Even then, with some help from the net, I got most of them to work.

Same here, XP plays most of my old games, only ones i cant get to play are C&C red alert, final liberation and need for speed, so no major losses there!

XP CAN be problematic for some older games - but we must be clear here in terms of what "older" game means - that would be anthing before say 1999. Otherwise you should have no problems.

BTW, UV is NOT an older game.

Personally,the only games I have not been able to even boot(nor load) have been DOS versions of Castles,and Aces of the Deep.(AOD comes in a Windows version,it might be o.k...I liked borth of these,not for the games,but for the Video Documentaries which came with them..Castles had a BBC tour of English,Welsh,and Scots castles,and AOD had interviews with (then)surviving U-Boat skippers,extremely interesting..
I have not been able to load either of these since Windows 95....Again,DOS...[:(]
I have fierce mouse problems with SPWW2,and even with online help,I simply do not have the expertise to fix it,but I can still boot and play it(and SPMBT),which I won't do till a Windows friendly version is made..(I have XP home)..
