What's the first thing you'll do with WiTP?

Me, I'm gonna load up the big campaign as the Allies and just watch the Pearl Harbor turn. Then I'll stare at the map for a while. Then I'll start reading the manual and doing the tutorial.

Given the sheer scope of the game I'll probably have that Homer Simpson look and just gaze off into space.

The first i'll do is to install it -- will make it a lot easier to glean info off of it rather than osmosis
Second to the Last Samurai...

I think, I think... I'll just weep for a while...

Then disappear into my room and only come out for necessities...

The first thing I will do is install the game. I will then go out and BURN Lemmings, the cd to appease the great WARGAMING Gods. All the while swigging Scotch and doing a happy dance around the burn barrel.

I'm going to light a candle at the Gary Grigsby shrine in my den and leave a ham & cheese sandwich on the offering plate. Maybe then he will forgive me for not playing PacWar.

I will install it and run the game, grand scenario to check out the ships, aircraft, etc. Peruse the manual and then do the tutorial. Probably do one of small scenarios to learn game before I go back to campaign game. I will be in gaming shape as I've treated this release as a non-event and am cool as a snake. The game comes out WHEN it's out, maybe Friday but hey, Tuesday after long weekend is my expectation.

Well the first thing I'll do is open it then I'll have to decide which game gets bumped off the old laptop to create room for it then will go the install & print manual maybe at home but probably at work. I'll probably start the tutorial just to get a feel for what's there then scan the manual, then dive right into the FULL MONTE then go nuts from overload of senses
