Erik, your post is exactly the reason why you need a stickied and locked thread at the top. Not everyone will see this in the frenzy.

Guys,

Please just wait a little longer, we have not yet made the official announcement. If there are any glitches for those who have started their downloads already, you may have to redownload. Caveat emptor. Thanks.

I don't know why DR can't keep these things invisible, but they seem to be having some issues. The problem is that we stil need to do a few more steps from outside the store to guarantee that everything will work properly for you and be properly registered after download.

Regards,

- Erik

You actually expect these yahoos to wait?

No, not really, but I'm doing the best I can to keep the dam from cracking any further. [;)]

My nightmare is 500 invalid orders now thanks to DR not keeping this in the private section of the store until done, which means possibly 500 customer support requests over the next day to resolve order issues. Let's hope not.

Can't blame you for trying.

I for one am waiting. Not for honor, not for glory, but because I'm still stuck at work for 2 hours!

No real point in downloading it here.

I believe you have a 30 day window from order to download. Alternatively just order tomorrow. It works 24/7

What, if any difference is there in DD (besides immediate satisfaction)versus ordering the
DVD package? Is there an actual paper manual? Cool fold out poster? Special coupons for
10% off StarShatter?

My e-troops don't unload OVER THE BEACH anymore, see:
Amphibious Assault at Kota Bharu
TF 85 troops securing a beachhead at Kota Bharu, 51,75
whew! I still feel better.

Hi,

The graphics glitches on the main page are a cache issue which will work its way through the DR servers. From my testing, the US WitP ordering seems to be working fine now with CD on demand supported. We are still putting the international WitP orders up next, but I wanted to keep you all posted. In general, I'd say it's safe to order from the US store at this point and will be soon from the UK and other stores.

I'll post a huge announcement and a press release when all stores are fully ready.
