Sorry, the only options right now are Direct Download and CD delivery. Box delivery won't be available at all until August. My apologies, we have to work with Digital River's schedule on this one.

On the positive side, we're in the final stages on the UK/Euro store. The Canadian and US stores are fully updated.

You really MUST get the VAT sorted on the UK/Euro store. I mentioned this regarding CotD a while ago, but nothing seems to have changed.

Euros (unless in a business context, when VAT can be reclaimed) expect the headline price to be VAT inclusive - i.e if it SAYS "£24.99" I PAY £24.99 NOT £29.37. I would have bought the game anyway of course, but sooner or later someone coming "cold" to Matrix is going to bitch like hell about this, and have every right so to do. I only noticed the extra charge once the download had already started.

You need to look at the VAT in considering your ".99" headline price. For example, with VAT at 17.5%, the price would be £29.99 gross, £25.52 net, £4.47 VAT.

In a way though, it emphasises my point - it just isn't something we look for. VAT inclusivity is just assumed for non-business purchases.
