I was wondering if the video.cfg file in the demo still works in version 4.00? I need to know this before buying the game because I wasn't able to play the game until changing that file to say 800x600x16.

Yes, the video.cfg file is identical in all versions of Starshatter since at least 3.0.

By the way, what kind of video card do you have?

An old built in Intel one.
