Scenario 1 - Loading troops in Brisbane?

Post by RealChuckB »

Hi,

I installed UV again and I am really enjoying it with 2.30 installed. I have one (maybe very newbie?) question though:

I created a Transport TF (with APs or AKs) and tried to load troops in Brisbane. I was only able to select any of SWPAC units - the Northern Command troops do not even show up on this list.

What is the reason for this and how can I transport these NC units by ship (it is possible to fly them around though).

Thanks a lot!

The Northern command troops in all of Australia, NZ are not transportable. They can be marched overland but not loaded on transports. Were you able to air transport them to Port Moresby? If so that is a new one on me. They are supposed to be restricted to Aus, NZ.

Wow, that was a fast answer - thank you. I am not 100% sure, but I think I was able to airlift them to (dang, what's the name of the second northernmost base in Australia?) Town??? and from there to Port Moresby, but I'll check again ...

Thanks again!
