OK where do you get the serial number from...is in the e-mail conformation or on the order page from DR?

If you didn't get it, go to http://www.findmyorder.com

Put in your email and last 5 digits of CC.

Pull up the invoice page. It is there.

i lost connection on 27%, second try , now I have 48% and running (35kB/s ...not so quick)

Arkady,

Have you tried one of the third party download resume utilities such as Getright or Download Accelerator, or does your proxy prevent those as well? Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having, as far as we can tell the store servers are doing fine so the problem must be between us somewhere.

I got an invalid error when I tried to register with the serial# in the email.

Me too,
I started downloading the game last night and woke up this morning like it was Christmas!
But my serial # won't work![:@]

Any ideas????

Serial # won't work in the installation? Please double-check that you are typing it in with all dashes and go to www.findmyorder.com to make sure you are using the right one. Thanks.
