Dear Mr. Frag,

Thanks for all the time and support you are giving the community here on the boards. I know I've challenged you once or twice on your customer service style [:D] but you really do have a great big heart. (Or no life, or maybe both? [;)] I tell people my big gut is because of my big heart, but I don't think they believe me.)

Hell, I might even forgive you for being from Toronto!

Thanks a million and have a beer on me.

Arnir

Thanks ... I mean well, but hey, frustration tends to set in pretty quick after 25 years of working in the IT world. Sometimes it really is tuff to not want to reach through the internet and choke people [:D]

When I worked retail the hardest part was to not show your reaction to the customers. One grandmother chewed me out (I was working at a software store) for not knowing what computer her grandson had in another state. (Back in the PC, C64, Apple days) She lectured me on how it was my job to know such things. <sigh>

At least when I did phone customer service they couldn't see the expression on my face.

Thanks again.

I have to agree. Frag, your support has been invaluable. Thanks also to many other testers who have stopped in and helped to handle questions and issues.

I did, trust me, my elbow is reminding me to enough is enough [:D]

A little reminder to the older folks here ... get up outta the chair now and then and move around. This game can be dangerous [:D]

No sleeping in your chair! [;)]

Yeah, I'll have to add my bit here, as much of what I understand of the game comes from Fragged postings.[:D]

One thing I don't understand, Mr. Frag, is how you let them get away without printing a single name of a Canadian city on the map!!! [:o][:)]

Hey, Ron and I got a flagged city each, not a bad trade off considering [:D]

You will note two Canadian Testers and two Canadian bases [;)]

Not bad, I will admit.

I'm lousy with this map, but would Calgary or Edmonton be on it? I mean, they aren't there, but does the map go that far east?

My Dad told me stories about growing up on their farm watching P-38s going North to Edmonton on their way to Alaska. Plus, the RCAF used some of the wooded land on their farm to hide trucks and have the pilot trainees go looking for them.

Very true. I just have to edit the assets there because even though it is '41, Canadian skill should mean at least a 4 year head start. [;)]

Yes. Thanks to Mr. Frag. I bought UV over a year ago and I have been playing it since I bought it. I have been lurking in these forums ever since. I get as much entertainment from the forums as I do from the games. I downloaded WiTP the other night and finally finished printing the manual this morning.
For what we are about to receive, may we be truly thankful.
